| I remember when I was a kid mowing lawns in the hot sun how I got through it.I hated mowing lawns, but would always comfort myself with saying "I was over half way done."I dunno, for some reason if I was able to put up with the first half of the chore, I should be able to finish.That's kinda where I am right now.I was recently taken off chemo and radiation.My side effects were really taking a toll on me and my doctors were concerned.Anyway, I have since been put back on radiation and will be going back on chemo for the last leg of the 8 week stretch the day after Christmas.If I am able to move forward with everything and not take any additional time off, I should be finished with the 8 week stretch on Wed. |
| If I am able to move forward with everything and not take any additional time off, I should be finished with the 8 week stretch on Wed.January 16th.That seems like such a far away time from now, but I am over half way there.After the 8 week stretch is over, I have just 3 more normal chemo sessions and (hopefully and prayerfully) I will be done with this nonsense for the rest of my life.Again, thanks to everyone who has been praying for me, and please DO NOT STOP.We're not done yet.Thanks for partnering with me in this fight.Steve |
